How to be a Great Introverted Leader

I have decided to fully embrace being an INFJ Myers-Briggs personality type. As a creative introvert odd-ball working in a company full of extroverted straight-forward sales people: navigating, communicating, and leading can be a challenge. But it isn't a challenge we introverts can't handle! I have been reading up on the matter, and the first book I have finished on the topic is The Introverted Leader by Jennifer B. Kahnweiler. I actually read the book TWICE! On my first read it seemed like a manual to force yourself to be extroverted. But on a second read, I found there was a lot of valuable information (some I have already put into practice, some I need to implement). The truth is, "Corporate America" is an extrovert's playground, and we introverts need to embrace it and use it as a learning opportunity to grow and become powerful in our own right (rather than hiding and showing our value only in our work product).
